Amicus Brief on Intersex Genital Autonomy and Circumcision
The Genital Autonomy Collective submitted an amicus brief highlighting genital mutilation laws that inadequately protect intersex, trans, and gender-expansive individuals. The brief critiques sex-exclusive anti-FGM legislation allowing harmful surgeries on intersex children assigned male at birth.
